What’s in the nootropic supplement Qualia Mind?

I have been taking Qualia Mind for a while now. Photo credit: Neurohacker Collective

Over the past few years, I have been taking the time to focus on my health and well-being. While diet and exercise have always been important to me, I realized I needed a supplement if I wanted my mind to stay sharp too. One of the products I discovered during my research was Qualia Mind. This product is sold by Neurohacker Collective. The name of their products, Qualia, has quite the meaning. In a philosophical sense, it means an individual’s subjective conscious experience. Basically, the goal is for a person to achieve what it is like to be them. I was intrigued when I found Qualia, but I wanted to know more about the Qualia Mind ingredients a little more.

The Goal of Qualia Mind

he goal of Qualia Mind is to enhance memory, focus, productivity, and mental clarity. The ingredients that were chosen naturally support a body’s ability to upregulate the production of all key neurotransmitters. The ingredients also support brain mitochondrial function, neuron synaptic formation, and acetylcholine signaling.

Qualia Mind Ingredients

There are twenty-eight main ingredients in Qualia Mind. Those ingredients were chosen by top doctors and scientists after completing thousands of hours of research. There are a couple other ingredients in Qualia Mind that I do not mention below. Those ingredients include calcium carbonate, Hypromellose, organic rice concentrate, organic rice extract blend, and silicon dioxide.

Vitamins

There are certain vitamins that are difficult to get enough of by simply eating the proper foods. Included in the Qualia Mind ingredients are those vitamins that many people lack in their bodies. Those vitamins include vitamin D3, vitamin C, and vitamins B6, B12, B5, and B3. Vitamin C is important for immune systems, while vitamin D3 supports healthy bones. All the B vitamins support a healthy brain, while also activating body enzymes.

Antioxidants

There is only one antioxidant within Qualia Mind. That antioxidant is pyrroloquinoline quinone, which is otherwise known as PQQ. This ingredient supports brain function, healthy gut microbiota, and antioxidant defense. It is also known to help get a person’s metabolism moving again if it has slowed down.

Adaptogen

When looking at the Qualia Mind ingredients, it is necessary to do a little extra research. If you are not aware, an adaptogen is a natural substance that allows your body to adapt to stress. There is only one adaptogen in Qualia Mind and it is rhodiola rosea root. The more common name is golden root. This herb is known to support brain health and cognitive performance, while also allowing a person to adapt to stress and support their mood.

Amino Acids

Amino acids are an important part of any supplement, because they help with optimal transport and storage of all nutrients within a body. These organic compounds form the building blocks for proteins. The amino acids in Qualia Mind include n-acetyl-l-tyrosine, l-theanine, acetyl-l-carnitine, dl-phenylalanine, and taurine. All these amino acids support brain function, mood levels, and even ensure adequate sleep at night.

Lipids

If you are looking for a little extra energy, you will find it when you take Qualia Mind. Two of the Qualia Mind ingredients are lipids, which promote energy. The two lipids in Qualia Mind are phosphatidylserine and DHA, which is docosahexaenoic acid from algae.

Herbal Tonics

Some herbs can be really helpful when using them to promote excellent brain health. The two herbal tonics in Qualia Mind are artichoke stem and leaf extract and coleus forskohlii root extract, which is twenty percent forskolin extract.

Qualia Mind has 28 ingredients, each chosen for their beneficial and the synergistic properties of how they work in combination with each other.

Nootropics

The main Qualia Mind ingredients are nootropics. Those nootropics are what takes this brand of supplements to the next level. A nootropic is a smart drug, or cognitive enhancer. They are known to improve cognitive function in people who are healthy.

There are ten nootropic ingredients found in Qualia Mind. Those ingredients are huperzia serrata leaf extract, celastrus paniculatus seed extract, theobromine, bacopa monnieri leaf extract, ginkgo biloba leaf extract, mucuna pruriens seed, alpha GPC, cognizin citicoline, uridine monophosphate, and coffeeberry. The last Qualia Mind nootropic ingredient contains caffeine. Some of your energy will come simply from that one ingredient. However, if you cannot tolerate caffeine, you will want to be cautious of using this supplement to enhance your focus and clarity.

I understand that there are a lot of ingredients in Qualia Mind and that you may not have heard of a couple of them. It is important to note that Neurohacker Collective chose these ingredients after doing extensive research. Top doctors and scientists worked tirelessly to create the formula used and then performed numerous tests to ensure the chosen formula worked. They even share why they chose the ingredients and doses they did, to ensure full transparency.

Each ingredient is known to be safe for consumption. And when combined, these ingredients create a formula that provides results. For each individual ingredient, this company chooses to use potent and pure options that are vegan, non-GMO, and gluten free.

Is Qualia Mind safe? Yes, and if you have been searching for a way to enhance your focus, be more productive, and have the mental clarity you desire, I highly recommend Qualia Mind. The Qualia Mind ingredients are excellent, and you will love the results you achieve.
